Seller: Aedifica…Stefaan Gielens, CEO of Aedifica, commented: “Aefifica is pleased to complete the sale of its Belgian hotel portfolio. Buyer: Pascal Savary, Chairman of Atream, said: “Atream is satisfied that it has successfully completed the due diligence audit and the acquisition of this portfolio, which fully meets the strategic ambition of SCPI Atream Hotels. With €250m of investments carried out in the Belgian tourism industry over the past year, Atream will continue to focus on this market.”

The purchase price was not disclosed.
