THPT Comment: To date Al Jaddaf has been a mainly residential area within Dubai Culture Village, a development that includes sleek waterfront apartments and few upscale boutique hotels overlooking Dubai Creek. The Marriott Al Jaddaf stood alone in the skyline of the Creek-side part of town, known for its dhow construction yards. It was joined by the Palazzo Versace in 2016. THPT has a new 120 room hotel available for sale.
