Buyer: Atypio Hotels Resorts Group and Eternam Société de Gestion immobilière, a subsidiary of the Cyrus Group, have just acquired the Aigle Noir – the Black Eagle de Fontainebleau, located in Seine et Marne, 50 minutes from Paris.

Atypio typically co-invest and manage some 20 hotels, mainly in France…some under the Aigle brand as well as under the Mercure and Campanile brands.

The mansion built in 1500, rebuilt in 1764, located in the heart of the city, opposite the Château de Fontainebleau (World Heritage of UNESCO ).

Located in the immediate vicinity of a Sothys Spa, benefiting from a new food service signed by great starred chefs, and newly managed by Mr Edouard Lallemand.

Eternam confirms with this acquisition its desire to strengthen its positions in this asset class as underlined by Jonathan Donio – Deputy CEO: The acquisition of Aigle Noir in Fontainebleau perfectly illustrates Eternam’s strategy in the hospitality: investing in hotel assets in dynamic areas with a well-identified value creation strategy.

Eternam, a 100 % subsidiary of the Cyrus group, was established in 2010 (Cyrus in 1989) and specialises in heritage real estate, such as this hotel..
