Buyer: In 2019, the DORMERO Hotel Darmstadt will open its doors at Frankfurter Straße 99.
The location and name of the street cannot just be a coincidence – “there have been good synergies with the DORMERO Hotel Frankfurt Messe”, said Michael Berger, CCO of DORMERO Hotel AG.
Manuela Halm, COO, explains that “with Mr Karakaya and RoKi Grundstücksverwaltungs GmbH we have further projects planned for the coming years”.
It is a partnership that strengthens DORMERO in Hesse, and “in them, we are pleased to have found a project developer who shares our ideas. Our goal is to continuously expand the number of DORMERO hotels in Hesse”, continues Halm.
The construction of the DORMERO Hotel Darmstadt should begin in 2018. In the north of the city, just 100 metres from the Darmstadt-North train station, we will have “a modern and refined design hotel”, explains Manuela Halm.
Upon completion in 2020, the DORMERO Hotel Offenbach, at Sprendlinger Landstraße, will have more than 150 rooms, meeting rooms and a fitness and spa area.
Also the SONDERBAR and one of the DORMERO restaurant concepts will be available. There will also be free DORMERO standards such as minibar, Wi-Fi, the latest feature films and much more.
DORMERO was founded in 2013 by Marcus Maximilian Wöhrl, who is known for breaking outdated patterns and pondering what the guests really want.
With a young team, with flat hierarchies and in an unconventional and cosmopolitan working atmosphere, the ambitious goal of DORMERO was achieved early on: to build at least 20 DORMERO hotels in Germany by 2020.
Now the continuing sales target is to reach the 100 million mark by 2020. DORMERO believes a fancy hotel needs to perfect the essentials to create personal freedom of imagination. That’s why the brand is defined by sophisticated details and the slogan “Stay Fancy”.
