The Opportunity: This resort hotel is a four-star first line beach complex built on two plots of land with green belt in between. There are three blocks on one plot and two on the other. Total number of apartments 363 sleeping up to 869 guests.
In front of these two complexes is a coastal footpath and cycle lane (no road). To the far side of the larger of the two complexes is a no through road giving right of way for the public to access the beach.
The land in front between the coastal footpath/cycle lane and the sea is non-building land and falls under strict Coastal Protection Laws, meaning that it can never be built on, so the sea views from the Resort will always be fully protected. Part of the “Ley de Costas Mallorca” protected area, with protected coastal shoreline, and land areas under coastal protection (nothing can be built).
