Gekko Group to Open Roomers Park View Hotel in Frankfurt

RFR have seven hotels in the USA, Isarael and Germany, including Gramercy Park in New York, W South Beach Miami and Westend Gate Marriott also in Frankfurt. They are also very strong in Office, Residential and Retail mainly in the USA.

Hines, massive property company with an impressive growth in hotels in recent years, from Aspen Colorado to Athens, Greece and Shanghai, China, around 20 in total.

Totalling 13,000m² of GLA, the hotel will feature a bar with a view of the Frankfurt skyline on the 19th floor, and a spa zone on the 18th floor. The interior of the Roomers Park View will be developed by Piero Lissoni.
