Seller: (Partner) Stratford Town Trust, who own the Rother Street buildings.

Buyer: York-based property development company S Harrison, who have a second deal with HdV and Frasers with a new build in Edinburgh, due to open in 2019. They are developing two Grade II listed Georgian townhouses.

This is the latest addition to Hotel du Vin’s family of luxury boutique hotels, and will soon be joined by another – The Avon Gorge by Hotel du Vin in Clifton Village, Bristol.
