Buyer/Operator: London Hotel Group (LHG)…Brent Council has given planning permission to London Hotel Group (LHG) to modernise an aparthotel in Wembley. The new hotel is being designed by hotel architects Dexter Moren Associates, which previously worked with LHG on the newly-completed Best Western Plus Wembley.
The group plans to increase the properties capacity by creating 128 suite-style guest apartments, a restaurant and a leisure centre.
LHG, headed up by Gauhar Nawab, are owners of five London hotels, three Best Western and two Ibis Styles, with more in the pipeline.
