Seller: New York based Marathon Asset Management, who bought some of the hotels – 11 Crowne Plaza and Holiday inns from Goldman Sachs in August 2014 for an undisclosed sum. The hotels were put on the market, through CBRE in February 2019.

Buyer: DTP Infinities Corporation, a newly-formed UK company that acts as the holding company for Thailand’s DTGO, who are quite a holistic, philanthropic company….
They say they are a Business-Social organisation that has been dedicated since its founding in 1993 to the generation of well-being for society through a better understanding of human behaviour and holistic living eco-systems.
