Buyer: MFAR Hotels and Resorts has launched Kuda Villingili Resort Maldives.
Situated amidst a sprawling 40-acre island in North Malé Atoll, the resort is a 30-minute speedboat ride from Velana International Airport (MLE).
Kuda Villingili Resort Maldives features 59 beach villas including penthouses and 36 water villas with an option of private swimming pools.
The resort’s water villas feature king-sized beds, spacious bathtubs and living areas, and shaded dining decks offering spectacular vistas of the horizon.
Dining options include The Beach Club and The Restaurant. Guests can head to The Hawkers comprising three distinct restaurants, Spice, East, and Med serving Indian-Arabic, Thai-Japanese and Italian-Mediterranean fusion street food.

THPT Comment: There was a plan to pre-sell the hotel and 2nd island at one stage, but a change of decision and MFAR have gone onto open and manage the hotel. They run some fine establishments in India and Oman, such as the Westin Chennai Velachery, Le Meridien Kochi and The Radisson Collection by Hormuz Grand.
