The new hotel will replace the former AMP building, which was once the tallest building in Parramatta. It will be demolished with construction of a new 90-metre building.

With Macquarie Street being the oldest and most well-known street in Parramatta, we cannot think of a better address for what will be a fantastic hotel.” said Dr. Lionel Chang, Director of Ledrae.

Hilton this week announced the signing of Hilton Parramatta, which will add to Hilton Hotels & Resorts’ portfolio of 101 world class properties in the Asia Pacific region.

Hilton will manage the new-build hotel, located in the heart of one of Sydney’s fastest growing suburbs. Construction of the hotel will commence Q4 2018 and is due for completion by late 2020.

“The signing of Hilton Parramatta is the latest example of Hilton’s commitment to growing our portfolio within fast-emerging business and leisure markets,” said Sean Wooden, vice president, brand management, Asia Pacific, Hilton.

“The introduction of this new property has created an exceptional opportunity for us to bring our renowned brand of hospitality to the greater Sydney area and further expand our portfolio in the destinations that matter most to guests.”

“We are privileged to be partnering with Ledrae Hotels Pty Ltd to launch Hilton Parramatta and further strengthen our current portfolio of acclaimed hotels and resorts,” said Guy Phillips, senior vice president, development, Asia & Australasia, Hilton.

Hilton Parramatta will offer three state-of-the-art meeting spaces and an executive lounge. Additional offerings will include a signature restaurant, bar, fitness centre and outdoor pool.
