Seller: Bourton Hall dates back to 1791 and boasts a wealth of original features, many designed and built by the famous architect H.A Peto. A charity were the previous owners.

Buyer: Northern Powerhouse Developments, now up to 16 hotels. The property will shortly undergo extensive renovation to transform it into a luxury hotel and spa retreat.
