Owner: Frontier Development & Hospitality, founded in 1998, originally as a residential real estate development and investment company. In 2009, the firm relocated its offices to Washington D.C, and re-branded as Frontier Development & Hospitality Group shifting its investment focus to lodging assets. It has since acquired and developed hotels assets with a total capitalisation of over $200 million, completing some 75 real estate transactions since its inception. New Manager: PM Hotel Group today announced that it has been selected to manage the Westin Baltimore Washington Hotel, a 260-room property located near Baltimore Washington International Airport.
They have taken over from Crestline Hotels & Resorts, who have 123 hotels under management, who were awarded the management contract in March 2018.
