Buyer: A collaboration with Sherwood Premier LLC, a subsidary of Pao Novatek, and Radisson Hospitality AB. This will bring Radisson’s portfolio in Moscow and its surrounding area to eight hotels and 2,260 rooms in operation or under development.
Pao Novatek is a major player in the oil and gas sector, so interesting move into hotels.

The hotel will also offer state-of-the-art meeting facilities and a fitness and wellness centre that will provide a variety of ways for people to keep fit or unwind.
The hotel will have two restaurants and a lobby bar.
Radisson has had a busy month in Moscow: Just two weeks ago, the company announced the Radisson Royal Hotel in Moscow would become part of the Radisson Collection in January.
Two weeks before that, the new-build Radisson Blu Olympiyskiy Hotel partially opened in Moscow, marking the brand’s second property (following the Radisson Blu Belorusskaya Hotel) and the company’s fourth in the city.
