THPT Comment: With the exception of the hotel in Venice, the hotels are all flag-free and management-free. Most of the portfolios, once can buy the brand and marketing platform in the price. Almost every call we take these days is asking for “the Covid Discount”…not seeing that happening just yet in hard markets like Paris, London, Berlin and Amsterdam….but we are seeing it in these countries/cities – Budapest, Portugal, Italy and Spain.
