Conveniently located on Sussex Street at the upper end of Chinatown, the hotel to set to liven up the area as the dining scene in the precinct draws closer to the corporate end of Sydney.
And, with its close proximity to the ICC (International Convention Centre), Vibe Darling Harbour Sydney will be a good choice for visitors.
In May 2018 Vibe, part of Toga Hospitality/TFE Hotels lost their dynamic CEO Rachel Argaman, who left the company and the industry. She became CEO in 2007, so at the helm for 11 or so years (20 with Toga). Must have been a big loss to Allan Vidor, Chairman.

THPT Comment: Rachel Argaman leaving must have been a big blow, but life goes on and in December 2018 TFE appointed Anthony Ritch to succeed in February 2019. An Australian, Ritch most recently worked with Westfield Corporation and has also held international roles in property development, regional operations, business development, digital disruption and corporate management. He relocated from Los Angeles.
