Wyndham Hotel Group and NOVUM Hospitality are developing new hotels across Europe

Name: The new hotel projects, as part of the partnership with the Wyndham Hotel Group, will complement NOVUM Hospitality’s portfolio of Wyndham Grand, Wyndham, Wyndham Garden, Ramada, Ramada Encore, TRYP by Wyndham, Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham, Days Inn and Super 8.

Owner: NOVUM Hospitality, founded in 1988 as a family business and has grown into one of the largest hotel groups in the German-speaking world with more than 20,000 rooms in more than 160 hotels under the brands Novum Hotels, Select Hotels and niu.

In addition, NOVUM Hospitality acts as the franchisee of InterContinental Hotels Group, AccorHotels, Best Western Hotels & Resorts and Choice Hotels.

THPT Comment: This deal brings a much-needed greater presence for Wyndham into Europe. It follows on from similar deals with GS Star in 2017 to expand the Super 8 brand and Zeus International for 20 new hotels in Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria & Romania.
