Seller: Immocap Group. Lindner have 30 hotels, mostly in Germany, under the Lindner brand, with a new brand recently launched “me and all hotel”. The hotel is part of the multi-use Central development, sold previously to Tatra Asset Management in 2013 and again to Allianz Real Estate in 2016.in the transaction.

Buyer: Private Middle Eastern investors, thought to be behind Rotana from Abu Dhabi.

The 222-room four-star hotel includes two restaurants as well as 240 sqm of meeting facilities. The property is part of Slovakia’s first LEED certified project, and is at the centre of a major retail, office and leisure complex. HVS Hodges Ward Elliott acted as the seller’s agent in this transaction.
