TOPHOTELPROJECTS is a database, highlighting new hotel projects due to open over the next few years. This is a subscription based model – average cost €3,000 per year. This is aimed at folks wishing to make their services known to new hotels opening.  Their international sales manager is Caroline List.

The database (as at January 2018) contains info on 6,644 hotels, 1.5 rooms due to open between now and 2021.

They also run events and conferences including HOTCO (aimed at real estate investment folks (Jan 29th-30th 2018 in Budapest, Hungary).

THPT Comment: This is a very useful knowledge base for new hotel hotels opening and is truly global in its outlook. They also highlight ALL the conferences that THPT clients and site visitors might interested run by the great and the wonderful! – UBM, STR, Questex, Phocuswright, Reed, HTNG, HSMAI etc.
