Buyer: Bulgari Hotels and Resorts. This opening will follow openings in Beijing and Dubai in 2017, Shanghai in 2018 and Moscow in 2020, bringing the Bulgari Hotels and Resorts Collection to eight properties, including Milan, London and Bali.
Avenue George V. adjoins the Champs Elysees and the Avenue Montaigne, forming the famous “Triangle d’Or”, one of Paris’ most exclusive areas offering luxury shopping, entertainment and cultural attractions.

THPT Comment: If Paris is anything like the quality of the Bulgari, London, the french are in for a treat. This world-renowned company have done excellently in their short (hotel) history to get up to 8 properties in such a short space of time.
