can enlarge about 30% to 40% of the existing building volume on neighboring land bordering the Hotel.

The hotel group owns lands bordering/surrounding the hotel. In April 2017 the
Cortina Technical Architecture Company named “Architecture & Environment” has designed and presented to the local government authority a project to expand quite quickly – First Phase a further 22 bedrooms and in addition a new Spa, Conference room and parking enlargement, plus more public lounge space,  and in a Second Phase a further 43 bedrooms.
