The hotel will have 172 rooms and suites, an all-day restaurant, the Gallery, a Lobby Bar offering food, an outside terrace, and a selection of meeting rooms. The Gallery restaurant which is open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, accommodates up to 125 guests and serves a variety of delicious Russian and international dishes.
The hotel is located in the historic city centre, with leisure, retail, restaurants, bars, theatres, and other entertainment options including strolling along the Volga River embankment, plays at the Ulyanovsk Regional Drama Theatre, and 140 stores in the nearby AquaMall.
