Prem Group has Announced Adds Three New Hotels in Belgium

Buyer: Prem Group of Ireland has expanded at the Belgian Coast, more specifically in Nieuwpoort & Ostend.

Ibis Budget Oostende Airport is only 5 minutes away from the Airport Ostend Brugge and within walking distance of the beach.

In June PREM Group signed another management service agreement for the ibis Styles Nieuwpoort Hotel.

The hotel has an indoor swimming pool, an infrared sauna and a Turkish bath.

These two new hotels are the perfect addition to the PREM Group’s existing portfolio at the Belgian coast including Hotel Mercure Oostende and Leopold Hotel Ostend.

We also understand that they have announced a further new hotel in Belgium, in Antwerp.

The group currently operates 19 hotels in Belgium, although this is the first under the Premier Suites brand.

Prem Group, which recorded €125 million in managed revenues last year, has 4,500 beds across the company. It operates 10 hotel brands in seven countries and employs 1,600 people.
Hotels in Ireland owned by Prem include Tulfarris Hotel & Golf Resort, Wicklow, The Osprey Hotel, Naas, Cahernane House Hotel, Killarney, The Viking in Waterford.
