About: A very useful guide of new hotel openings in 2018, published by The Shift – Beyond Luxury Media – Serge Dive & Sarah Ball (based in London) create events, including LE to be held in Miami June 11th-14th 2018, an exhibition to link luxury hotels and travel providers (exhibitors) with buyers – as in corporate travel managers and top-end leisure travel (agency?) buyers.
They are aiming to make it a global event with 38% exhibitors from North America, 12% LatAm, 36% Europe, 3% Africa & Middle East, 6% Asia and 5% Australia & NZ (in 2017 according to their website data).

THPT Comment: The list of openings is truly aimed at the funky and luxurious and i like their caveat….Of course, many of these will be subject to delays. And some hotels may actually never open. The event looks like a very funky ILTM
