Design-focused hotel group The Stay Hotels has announced a new property in Istanbul. The group has a modest portfolio of four existing properties, all in prime locations in Istanbul and Alacati, on the Aegean-facing Cesme Peninsula.
The Stay Hotels has announced a new city property, due to open in June 2022…their second hotel in the neighbourhood.
The group’s fourth Istanbul property will open in the heart of the city’s Fashion Quarter. The Stay Boulevard Nisantasi has 82 rooms and the hotel will feature a blend of heritage, arts, culture, and design by acclaimed Turkish architect Mahmut Anlar.
The rooms and suites will have terraces, walk-in closets, grand marble bathrooms and kitchenettes. Many of them are connected for extended stays or large family groups. The Stay Boulevard Suite, for example, includes a terrace with a private hot tub.
The Stay Boulevard Nisantasi features an Italian rooftop restaurant, Marcello E Matteo, where guests can dine on signature dishes surrounded by magnificent views of Istanbul and a surprise from the chefs…The Saint Pâtissier patisserie will be well stocked with French fancies, freshly baked bread, and Turkish treats.
Their hotels include the Warehouse that offers a peaceful oasis in the center of Alacati and hosts a cultural program that they curate, to Nisantasi located in the heart of Istanbul, to Ortakoy with great views of unique Bosphorus and to Bebek, Istanbul’s most luxurious district right above the Bosphorus.
