Valor Hospitality Partners, a global, full-service hotel acquisition, development, management and asset management company, announced the expansion of it’s portfolio this month with two appointments spanning international properties. These portfolio additions mark a period of impressive growth for the hospitality management firm as they come on the heels of six hotel additions to the brand’s international portfolio in 2022.
With these portfolio additions, Valor Hospitality will lend third-party hotel management expertise to the Taaibosch Wine Estate, in Cape Winelands, South Africa, and The Mining Exchange Hotel, A Wyndham Grand Hotel and Spa in Colorado, United States.
The award-winning Taaibosch Wine Estate is located on the slopes of the Helderberg Mountains in Stellenbosch, South Africa. The property recently launched three luxury lodging offerings, including a two-bedroom Garden Villa set against the backdrop of the lush fynbos and landscaped gardens, a four-bedroom Farsight Villa higher up on the slopes of the Helderberg with views stretching across the Cape Peninsula and newly renovated 5-bedroom all en-suite Manor House, originally built in 1838. These unique facilities offer luxury interiors, private pools, fully equipped kitchens and full butler service. In addition to the villas and manor house, Taaibosch guests will have access to the property’s invitation-only wine tasting event accompanied by the winemaker – an opportunity only extended to Taaibosch Wine Club Members – to enjoy the famed red Bordeaux blend, Crescendo.

A downtown Colorado Springs staple, the building was built in 1902 by mining baron Winfield Scott Stratton as a stock exchange for local mining companies.
